    Two photo storage boxes are included for prints up to 4 × 6 inches. Larger prints can be scanned, up to 8 × 10 inches, but do not fit these boxes.

    Careful handling comes included.
    Basic color and exposure correction, rotation, cropping, and straightening help your scans look their best. Extensive restoration is a separate service.

    Would a higher-resolution scan help?

    JPG at 600 DPI is included. It is suitable for everyday viewing, sharing, and many reprints. A 1200 DPI scan may help with small originals or enlargements; the useful result depends on the original photo. Read the resolution guide.

    Local pickup or an appointment

    Free pickup and delivery is available within 15 miles of San Pablo, serving nearby Jacksonville Southside and Beaches neighborhoods. Availability farther away requires confirmation and may cost extra.

    Office visits are by appointment only. Mail-in projects are welcome; please contact me before shipping.
