    Add-On: Select this option if you'd like your photos saved to a DVD
    Select this option to save all images in Tif Format without any compression, in addition to JPG. $0.05 each.
    Select this option to have all images scanned at 1200dpi, especially if you plan on reprinting them larger or enlarging them. Excellent for historical photos or smaller photos. Photos scanned at 1200dpi can be printed at least four times the size of the original. ($0.07 each)
    Additional $2 extra each scan. Older delicate photos require more care and must be scanned individually, which takes more time, and cannot be scanned using my high speed scanner. Enter estimated quantity, additional payment can be made later on.

    Description

    The Scanning Family Package is one of the best values at $0.21 per photo leaving room for any add-ons you may wish to select, such as a photo DVD.

    1,200 photos may sound like a lot but you will be surprised how quickly they add up. Use the rule-off-thumb of 1” per 100 photos (stacked or filed vertically). A typical shoebox of loose 4” x 6” prints contains approximately 1,000 photos. Up to 1200 regular-sized photos (up to 8″ x 10″) will be scanned and returned to you along with 1 USB flash drive containing the photos in JPG format at 600dpi. I will also email you a link to download a zip file of your images so that you can easily save them on your computer and start sharing them with family and friends.

    I will manually rotate your photos to the proper orientation, crop to the edge of each image, and deskew to ensure the images are straight. I also apply basic color and exposure corrections to every photo I scan to make them look their best.
